PENDING: 100–150 word broker bio. Where they started, what they’ve closed, why they built a flat-fee brokerage, and what they actually do for the agents who hang a license here. Why we exist

Why the fee is flat

Most brokerages take a percentage of every commission their agents earn. It is a simple arrangement, and it has one quiet problem: the brokerage’s income rises with your production while its cost of supporting you stays roughly flat. The agent who works hardest subsidises the rest.

We charge a flat fee at closing instead. Our revenue does not move with your commission, so the only way this brokerage grows is by sponsoring more agents and helping the ones we have close more deals, close them cleanly, and stay compliant. That is the entire model.

It suits two kinds of agent in particular: the experienced producer who has done the arithmetic on what a split costs them over a year, and the newly licensed agent who needs a broker that actually picks up. The terms are the same for both.
