No professional advice, no agency relationship

Everything on this website is provided for general information. Nothing here is legal, tax, financial or investment advice, and nothing on this site creates a broker–client or agency relationship between you and Summit X Realty Group. An agency relationship is created only by a signed written representation agreement. Please read the Information About Brokerage Services notice.

Accuracy of information

We work to keep the site accurate, but fees, programs, service areas and availability can change without notice, and the site may contain errors or omissions. Fee figures shown on the pricing page are a description of our current structure, not an offer or a contract. The written brokerage agreement governs.

Closed transaction information

This site does not operate a property search and does not display listing-service data. The closed transactions shown on the closed listings page are Summit X Realty Group’s own past sales, published with the consent of the parties involved. They are provided for reference only: they are not an offer to sell or a solicitation of an offer to buy, figures are believed accurate but are not guaranteed, and past results do not predict the price any other property will achieve.

The content, layout and branding on this site are owned by Summit X Realty Group or used with permission. Third-party names and marks that appear on the site belong to their respective owners.

We link to third-party sites, including trec.texas.gov, for convenience. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content.
